CLIMAVER®
CLIMAVER® system is a solution for manufacture of HVAC pipelines and bends of glass wool panels. The product is self-supporting HVAC pipeline for distribution of treated air for the purpose of heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
CLIMAVER® panel consists of an external surface layer, a core and an internal surface layer. The panel core is made of glass wool, thickness 25 or 40 mm. the external side of the panel is covered with aluminium film. The inside surface finish is represented either by another aluminium film or a resistant antibacterial fabric of glass fibre with high mechanical resistance. Both surface layers are reinforced with arming mesh of glass fibre.
The panels are used for manufacture of a straight air duct by straight line – bend method using special CLIMAVER® tools and accessories. Thanks to the manufacture of “pre-insulated” panels the pipeline assembly is quick and thus saves time and extra costs on site.
The CLIMAVER® system was designed to provide excellent thermal and acoustic properties and a high air-tightness level. These properties make the system energy-saving.

The system panel CLIMAVER® Plus R and A2 Plus was designed to provide excellent acoustic and thermal properties and a high level of air-tightness. Thanks to these properties the system is energy-saving. The outside and the inside surface of the panel is covered with glass-fibre-reinforced aluminium film serving as vapour barrier.

Energy Saving
Pressure loss
The inside the air duct of CLIMAVER® brand is identical in surface roughness with HVAC pipeline of galvanised sheet metal.
Tests of pressure loss in straight and spatially and directionally complex pipeline of CLIMAVER® panels show identical results. That means that use of this system is able to reduce pressure loss by friction by up to 40 % with regard to the remaining part of the pipeline (subject to the air duct geometry and air flow rate).
Dimensions of and pressure loss in air ducts of CLIMAVER® panels are calculated by the calculation program ClimCalc Dimension.

Acoustic Properties
Air duct CLIMAVER®Neto combines excellent sound absorption with mechanical resistance. The sound transmission loss coefficient α is defined by the ratio of energy absorbed by a surface area to the energy hitting the same area.
The more the coefficient approaches 1, the higher the sound absorption. The CLIMAVER® Neto series guarantees weighed sound absorption coefficient value of 0.85.

The following formula is used for calculation of approximate sound transmission loss from the sound absorption coefficients (α) obtained by acoustic tests.
ΔL = 1,05 x α1,4 × P / S, where: α is sound absorption coefficient, P is inner perimeter of cross section (m), S is inner diameter of pipeline (m2).

In addition to equipment noise absorption, CLIMAVER® Neto further eliminates noise resulting from vibrations of the pipeline itself, as in case of galvanised sheet metal pipelines.

ISOVER is member of the Czech Council for Low-Energy Buildings and is certified according to ISO 9001 standard.
CLIMAVER® holds certificates pursuant to EN 14303 and EN 13403 standards.
Production of CLIMAVER® panels is based on recycled glass in up to 80 %.
Effects of glass wool fibre on humans have been profoundly tested by independent medical experts and research teams. The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), member of the World Health Organisation (WHO), classified in EU 97/69/EC directive glass wool fibre as non-carcinogenic, is they are bio-degradable. CLIMAVER®meets test criteria of the European Certification Board for mineral wool products (EUCEB).

EUROCLASS is a harmonised European classification system according to which products are classified according to their flame reaction as A1, A2, B, C, D, E and F. Additional criteria are marked with “s” and “d”. These provide information about smoke development progress (while s1 means no smoke, s3 means smoke with high combustible emission levels) and potential burning drop fall (d0 none, d3 maximum).

Guaranted air quality and maintenance
Pipeline cleaning
CLIMAVER®
air ducts are specially designed to assure their effective cleaning. The continuous inside layer is resistant to mechanical brushing and cleaning with compressed air.
AELSA (Spanish Association of Companies for Air Duct Cleaning) certifies that CLIMAVER® ucts can be perfectly cleaned with preserved integrity. This means that no further protection of the air duct inside is needed. Thanks to that CLIMAVER® maintains its original parameters.
CLIMAVER® was tested pursuant to EN ISO 16000-10:2006 and meets low-emission requirements for buildings.
CLIMAVER® is an ideal system for effective fresh air distribution inside buildings. Vzduchotechnické rozvody CLIMAVER® air ducts have been successfully tested for antifungal and antibacterial protection in compliance with European standard EN 13403.
